Excellent service! Service was excellent and performed with professionalism. Geary was the staff member who helped me and got me squared away. He made product recommendations as well as provided several different tips for ongoing vehicle maintenance. While there I witnessed a customer who came in with a problem with some service that had been performed, Orlando, the manager took exceptional care of this guy and had the problem righted within seconds! My mechanic, Cliff, had a great personality and informed me of a few things that he thought I should know regarding my vehicle. Overall I was super impressed with the entire pep boys team, and will certainly be back. I highly recommend!

My first time at Pep Boys was great!! Excellent customer service from Geary. Dan the man. Got my work done really fast and I’m happy thanks to Richard the wrench. He is a gentleman and pleasant to talk to. I met the store owner Orlando who is very friendly.

The service person at this location, Cliff, had quite a challenge with a tire that was completely shredded. I had run off the road to avoid a pothole and destroyed a pretty new tire. Cliff worked on that mess for over an hour-sparks and smoke were abundant! I didn't realize it was my tire causing the stench, but Car-care Cliff didn't give up. He really impressed me, as did the whole staff! My friend Don had recommended the Pep Boys on Skibo, and said to ask for Geary. Thank you,Don! Thank you, Pep Boys! I'll be telling this story to everyone. This is my first but not my last time at your outstanding business.

My car needed a lot of work done. The tech Brennan was amazing got everything done and stayed after closing to get car finished. Billy one of the other techs stayed as well to make sure my alignment got done. Geary the cashier was very respectable and worked with me to get the best deals for everything
