Dr Raborn was great until he retired, but the staff was always terrible. I've had nurses accuse my mother of lying about pain just to get unnecessary drug prescriptions and refuse to set up appointments. No matter the complaint, they never disciplined or removed the problem employees.

Absolutely terrible office. Front nurse, older blonde, was terrible and rude over the phone and in person. Just a terrible women. One time a women came in to complain about her, and the nurse walked away and no one did a thing about it. I was told I was going to get checked for a heart murmur and never received a call to set that appointment, and when I called to do so myself they ignored all the information given. I was also given a test for anemia and no one ever called, or answered to give me the results. Obviously I went elsewhere for all this information. But I do not recommend this office to anyone. I'm sure others had great experiences, but I definitely did not.

Never had a problem with these doctors. My son saw Dr. Smelter once when they were at the old location across from Dallas Regional. We have been to the Nurse Practitioner twice maybe three times at the new location. Janet has been a God send. I will have to admit that there was one time I had an issue with a nurse over the phone, I called about a much needed RX for my son and got pretty much yelled at because she was on lunch, I asked for the number to the front desk because I apparently wasn't calling that number and she hung up on me. But other than that I have never had an issue. My son was suffering from a serious stomach virus, and she sat down and talked to me about how to go about finding out what it was... She gave me the option to take him for a breath test or not... Same thing with me and my carpel tunnel syndrome. I haven't had a primary care physician in a long time. I am so glad that I have found a place where I can feel my kids are well taken care of.

Dr. De Los Santos is the best. His nurse Candace is too! Always a great experience. They are very encouraging and supportive and helpful. Love my Dr!!!!!!!!!!!!!😃

I've seen Dr Smelter twice, he reminds me (in a good way) of our old family doctor. Friendly office, I'm glad they're right in my neighborhood.
