It's really sad that I have to come down to this, but I had gotten Don to transport my car twice (once from CA to CT, and the return trip). He is hard to get in contact with, and often you will have to leave things hanging. For instance, I couldn't get a confirmation on the driver until the day before. Furthermore, as a repeat customer, he had promised a 50 dollar discount on broker fees, but he did not work on that promise, and basically just left me hanging. It's been a month and he did not refund me the extra money that he charged. Good luck navigating this industry - it's one of those whereby honestly you don't who exactly you can trust, and you just try your best to avoid it.

Holy Mackerel! We were expecting to have a bad experience. Based on reviews of other companies in the Florida area. And based on 'it's Florida'. Boy were we wrong! Don was true to his word in every aspect! Pick up was right on time and easy as could be. The driver worked with our issues with a smile. Then his communication while in transport was as professional as one could ask. He arrived 2 minutes past his estimated arrival. Also amazing, I had the email from Don with the quoted price ready to fire at the driver because I expected to see a different price.. The price was exactly what Don quoted me. And finally, junior was able to work with the difficult parking/unloading situation and he did it with a smile. I am saving Don's info and using him in the future. I recommend 100%..

Not an honest business! Don at Priced Rite Auto Transport told me that I will pay him $100 broker fee and $725 carrier fee to the carrier. At the destination, the driver and refused to release the car. He insisted that the dispatcher told him to collect $750 (not $725 like Don said). Since it was so late at night, we had to pay $750. I later contacted the carrier to make things straight. It turned out Priced Rite Auto Transport changed the price in the email from the carrier from $750 to $725. Don also charged my credit card $125 instead of $100 like we had previously agreed. I had to contact him so many time to get the $25 overcharge on my credit card, and he refused to do anything about the carrier fee. He later refused to talk to me or the carrier. Avoid these guys!

Use Jason from this company!! This was my second time using Jason for shipping my car from California to Florida and then back again and both times have gone as planned. Jason explains everything and what you should do and expect clearly. Both times my car was picked up when said, and the price was as quoted. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone else!

This was the absolute best way to get my car half way across the country, and the price was more than $200 cheaper than any other quote I was offered. Don was extremely nice and helpful, and my car made it safely from Orlando to Chicago. Thanks, Don!
