Amazing office, amazing staff. I was greeted by every person I passed, the office has really cool technology like digital boards that go through all sorts of information. Dr. Walker was very nice and professional and was able to help me with what I needed and then some. She really went the extra mile. Hands down the best experience I have ever had at a doctors office.

I am very pleased with Dr. Walker who have recently joined PHG- Short Pump and is seeing Dr. Pasco's patients.  I confess being very sad when I learned about Dr. Pasco's departure from this practice.  However, after seeing Dr. Walker, I could not be more pleased. She's a very caring, and attentive Dr. Two thumbs up!!

Dr. Gladfelter is a phenomenal doctor. She is a amazing with children!! She is so kind, goes extra mile to help and truly has the best interest for her patients. Her staff are awesome too. They are very kind and helpful. One awesome team at Primary Health Group - Short Pump. If you need a doctor in Richmond area, look no further!!

Dr. Gladfelder is an excellent doctor that comes highly recommended. Her bedside manners along with her friendly demeanor will make any nervous patient calm, and she has a great staff from the front desk to the back.  I would not entrust my care non other than to this here doctor and great staff.
