The staff here is very involved in the health and welfare of the patients. They know me and many others by name. And are always asking/offering additional help and services that any of their patients may need. And it they don't offer a service here they will do all they can to find and start what you need somewhere else.

Odd system for patients to get to see a doctor, but good if you're in need of a doctor or dentist. The woman at the desk seems rude at times but medical staff is nice.

My experience at the  Daily Planet has been a very good  relationship.The staff there are very friendly,and polite they take very good care of me. The dental department  excellent.Dr. Giles is a top Dentist in Richmond. She is the best.   Dr. Cook and her assistants the best. Seriously please visit  The Daily Planet   make your experience a good one.  Looking forward to my next visit. The fees you cannot beat any where. Winning!!!

Received a phone call from the financial aid office to see if they could help me with a tooth being pulled, when I told her I had no money, she said thank you mam and hung up on me. Did not try to help me. The worst place I have ever been to and I will die before going back to this place. I wouldn't even give it a 1 star, but you have to, to be able to leave a review. They need some Jesus up in their.
