I have sent in payment for my invoice 2 times - some how they never received it or it's lost. Don't know if it's their staff or post office. Then they turnaround & sent my invoice to collections. Will never ever use them again - EVER.

Horrible customer service and support. They lose paperwork, say they never received it. I stood by the fax machine at the Dr's office and watched the fax go through then the printed confirmation. We have been trying to get a wheelchair for my husband for over six months. They have the Medicare contract and couldn't care less about their customers and their needs. Shame on you WHH.

It has been two weeks since i called to have service on a Invacare lift and i actually called back and was told that their warehouse person was still checking on the parts availability to provided the service. Went through the same with parts/service for electric hospital bed. After troubleshooting I ended up fixing myself. The part needed they wanted $125.00 and could not return if it was not the problem, found part on internet for $29.00 problem solved. They are unable to provide service for products sold.There seems to be no reputable healthcare service companies in Richmond. They do not deserve even one star.

Great experience - Roger helped me out of a bind when I needed to quickly find a replacement battery for a hoyer lift.

Great company. Fast service 2 hours a day. As for the bad reviews about them wanting to get paid, I don't have an issue with paying for something. If you didn't want it, don't accept it, Nothing is for free in this world
