I was given wrong information about services I was going to receive.  When I made the initial appointment.  I was told that the cost of the doctor visit would be 240 and I would be charged by the lab seperately and that would be around 40 bucks.  I was then told that I would have to schedule another appointment to have an IUD put in.  I asked if she could give me an estimate on how much it would cost because I was paying cash and she told me that the IUD would be around 175.  I went to the first appointment and ended up paying 300 for the appointment and I was then told that the pharmacy would be calling me within the next few days to verify the IUD.  That was Friday of last week.   I received a phone call this afternoon and was told by the pharmacy that it would be 960 dollars for the IUD.  When I called the office.  The office manager called me a liar and hung up on me several times.  She then proceeded to forward the phones to the answering service 30 min before they closed.  My IUD was prescribed to me years ago because of my anxiety so it is essential that I get the IUD replaced, they refused to help me.  DO NOT GO HERE!

I have always been treated well here 😊 The staff is nice and (with an appointment) I have never had to wait more than 30 minutes to be seen. Dr. Lee is a fantastic doctor who is kind, gentle, and very smart. Would recommend her to anyone!

Only issue I have had with this clinic is if you call with a question, the nurses take days to get back to you.

Worst experience ever! I saw Doctor Webb a year ago and he was great. I know he left the practice so I made an appointment through ZocDoc a week ago to see doctor Bailey.  When I get to the office it's about 100 degrees inside.  After waiting for 10 minutes I am told that I am not "aloud" to see doctor Bailey because doctor Webb had a contract with doctor Lee so I will have to reschedule.  No one even called me.  I asked if I could please see doctor Bailey  (who I made the appointment with) and I was told no because I am "doctor Lee's patient". I HAVE NEVER MET doctor Lee!!! I am not cattle to be sold from one doctor to another!!! Absolutely disgusting!

They take forever to get anything done. You basically have to take off a whole day of work to be seen by a doctor. Then, once seen by the doctor I feel as if I wasn't given enough information regarding my issues and then I was rushed out.
