Went into prime auto to look for a car and they helped me find exactly what i wanted! They made sure i was happy with it and took care of every concern i had! They then even gave me a stellar price! I could not be happier with my experience at prime auto! I recommend giving them a call if you want a reasonably priced used car!!

This place is great! Especially if you are a first time car buyer. They are super flexible and are willing to go the extra mile to get you a new car! I highly recommend speaking to Nefi he was super helpful and got me in my 2015 Mazda 3!

We’re return customers at Prime. We bought my wife’s BMW, and came back in and traded my truck in because of the exceptional people and service. These guys are honest and aren’t pushy or overbearing and look out for the customer’s best interests. They didn’t have exactly what I was looking to trade my truck in for, but searched until they found the right vehicle. Really stoked with these guys. They will have my business for years to come.

They were really quick, knowledgeable, and helpful. They had what I wanted and only took a short time to fill out the paperwork and discuss options.

I was not going to review these guys originally because they treated me how I expect to be treated by a small used car dealer. Not well. Everything took longer than it should have, they were awful at getting back to me to repair what they agreed to repair, all around just a used car dealership. Then my wife's car starts dying, I had them put in a battery and assumed (how stupid of me) that when they agreed to put a new battery in it would be a new battery and not 5 years old! So now I am giving them one star. They failed even my lowest expectations of what a used car dealership is. I will never work with them again and will warn everyone to stay clear of this place.
