As CEO of a medium sized Technology firm, my time is very limited. I was dreading the fact that we needed to find new office space.  I made 3 phone calls to real estate brokerage firms and 2 of them didn't even listen to me, they just TOLD ME what was available .... BUT the 3rd, and final, call was to Prime Manhattan Realty.  I spoke with their Managing Director, Jeff Hersh and he ACTUALLY LISTENED TO WHAT I NEEDED.   Within 24 hours, Jeff presented 5 prime Office opportunities ... while each one had its own characteristics, ALL OF THEM were REALLY PROMISING SPACES.  Each of them met all of our requirements and where within budget.  48 hours later, we toured the facilities, found our dream office and made our decision.  Prime Manhattan Realty made this process very easy for us.  All of that dread and anxiety I was feeling about finding new office space just melted away once I spoke to Jeff.  I am actually looking forward to the future when I need even bigger and better space ... Jeff Hersh knows Manhattan Commercial real estate, he is my go to man and I highly recommend his services.
