Courtney is a great salesperson. A real connection between the two of us transpired quickly. She got me the lease deal I was happy with within minutes. A no hassle, no pressure, no back and forth haggling process. Painless. I was in and out quickly. The rest of the Team is great as well. I am very happy with the 2018 Toyota Camry. Great deal, great monthly payment, great associates, great car. What more could one ask for. Thank you Courtney and Prime Toyota of Saco, ME.

We got exactly the car we wanted and was very pleased with the negotiation. Jason Defelice was so helpful and understanding to our needs. His follow through with our questions and concerns was commendable. It was one of the best car buying experience that we have had in a longtime, the other great experience was in 2013 when we bought our Avalon from Prime. No other dealership in Maine could match the price, or come close. Thank you Jason! "When it's time, visit Prime"!

I have no complaints about the service. I had a coupon, which made the oil change and rotation reasonable. However, to pass inspection, I was informed of a variety of services needed, and the pricing for this was extremely high, much higher than other garages. To replace brake pads and rotors, they quoted $200 more than my local garage. Windshield wipers were $95, and 3 bulbs would have been $60. I did not have the work done, and when I mentioned how much more expensive this was, I was told it was because they were high quality Toyota certified parts. Those must be some amazing wipers, and difficult to install, to cost $95

My sales person was the very lovely a courteous Jillian Rooks. She was quick to greet me at the door and went above and beyond every step of the the way. They did not have the Tundra that I was looking for but she was able to get exactly what I wanted within a couple of days at a very good price. Awesome experience overall! Thank Jillian and prime Toyota!
