I am a longstanding customer of Prime and I am more and more impressed with their customer service.  I went in with an idea of what I wanted, Jeff & Noah helped me along the way to get my dream car! They even called up every bank in the area to see who would allow me to get a loan with them since I still had a 16K loan on my credit still (waiting on my gap insurance to cover that after an accident I had).  They were amazing! The process was ultra-streamlined and efficient.  Everyone was patient and helpful with my questions and concerns.  I left driving a new car and feeling relieved and excited about driving it.  :)

Amazing dealership. Treated us like real people. They spent time with us and worked with us. They even took our phone calls and answered questions we had after the sale was completed and we are from out of state. They were worth the hour drive and I would buy from them again. Patrick, John and Steve are simply wonderful. Buying a new vehicle should be fun and exciting and with them it was. Many thanks guys !   Tim

Kendall and the folks at Prime Honda were more than accommodating while were searched for our new truck. They were patient while we test drove and kicked the tires in 3 separate vehicles. We had made an appointment and arrived a bit late, but we were welcomed right away with fast, friendly service. We made a great deal and are quite pleased with our new truck! Thanks Kendall, Patrick, Mike, and everyone at Prime!

The best experience I’ve ever had when getting a car! Jeffery Schuhmacher is an incredible salesman. He knew the answer to all of my questions, listened to what I had to say, and found me the best car I’ve owned! He was able to get me a car that fit all of my needs and the payments exactly how I wanted. He’s informed, passionate, and an all around great salesman! I would tell everyone to go see him to get a car! Extremely happy with the entire experience!!

I had a strange issue with my car that took some time to figure out. Cassandra communicated with me thoroughly throughout the process and the technician was able to resolve the issue. I've been using Prime Honda service for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. They always go above and beyond to provide a great customer experience.
