traded for a Cadillac Escalade from them a few years ago. Brought it in for warrantee work and they stripped a valuable audio component from the vehicle during service - yes they did this after I had purchased the vehicle! They did this without my permission and stated it belonged to someone else. 

As part of the deal - they offered a free oil change. I later traded the vehicle but they still owed me an oil change. I returned to use this credit for an oil change on my other vehicle and they denied service stating that the oil change was for the vehicle I purchased from them only. Thats nonsense because the oil change had a minor monetary value as part of the trade - it was an "I owe you!  

I haven't made any purchases at this dealership since - and have purchased several vehicles elsewhere through the years. Real smart business model - 5 Star - you lost thousands of dollars in potential sales from us through the years - all for a $20.00+- oil change you owed us! 

I have been to this dealership a few times since - just to compare prices, I vow never to buy there again. Customer has no value once they have your money in hand. My advise is to stay away!

I came here last week, after I saw their website online. It said Buy Here, Pay Here. Bad Credit, No Credit, No problem. So i went in and the guy I spoke to, didn't make any sense. I said well I thought you guys are a buy here pay here place, and he says oh you don't want that. It's more money than its worth. I said BUT I DO WANT TO That's why I'm here. He was acting as if they don't do that there. Advising me against it. I felt like I was talking to a complete idiot. He made no sense at all. Don't believe their website!!! IT'S FALSE ADVERTISING!!! The salesman didn't even try to help me get in a car. I desperately need one. My vehicle isn't safe. Yet the car sales guy didn't try to help me at all in any way. When it says on their website NO PROBLEM WE CAN FINANCE U! Bull***t!!  I thought he was stupid and extremely unhelpful. I'll take my money elsewhere.

A bunch of crooks. Bought a car a year and a half ago and nothing but problems. After our purchase found out they do half ass work to get a customer in it then it screws up. I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to them

Bought a Tundra with a bad computer in the engine? They wouldn't fix it, but instead gave me a different Tundra that wasn't as nice, and charged me a higher interest rate, because I "needed" a new loan for the replacement truck. They ripped me off! Not happy, or satisfied, but they don't care.
