My wife and I just purchased a new Subaru from Patriot and it was the best car buying experience we’ve ever had. Our salesperson Kayla was extremely knowledgeable about all of the features of each car and was not pushy at all. She took the time to really listen to our situation and what we wanted. We went into Patriot with approval from our credit union but Jackie in finance was able to get us a much better rate and saved us thousands of dollars. Adam, their tech and specs expert walked us through all of the new features in our vehicle. He explained how to use every bell and whistle thoroughly.  Other dealerships we’ve experienced try to pressure you into getting the most expensive vehicle that you’re qualified for or sell you some expensive warranty that you don’t need. Not at Patriot. They listen and understand your needs and find the right vehicle and warranty that works for you. I would recommend Patriot Subaru to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. The staff and vehicles are amazing and the lifetime warranty is unbeatable!

The service staff at Patriot is always being courteous and competent. This time Herb and Wayne tag teamed and did an extraordinary job for me. They genuinely are very caring and treat you like friends and family. I recommend them and the whole team without hesitation or reservation! I have purchased six cars from this dealership and the quality of the service department is a major reason why.

Had my Ford Edge detailed, and Shawn did a phenomenal job!  Winter and my sheepdog pretty much trashed the interior over the last few months. The price was very affordable for everything they did.  It looked like a brand new car!
Zander was especially helpful and courteous with getting me a loaner and going over the process of the detailing.

Just brought my car in for regular maintenance, oil change and tire rotation.  I was in and out within 30minutes!  Thanks Herb😊 you’re the best. Since my husband bought his Subaru at Patriot Subaru 3yrs ago we haven’t gone anywhere else. I always ask for Herb in service when I need anything done on my car. He’s efficient, knowledgeable, and happy to answer any questions. I put my full confidence in the service staff at Patriot Subaru. It’s comforting to know that when you pull in you’ll be greeted with multiple smiles from people that know you AND remember you. Always a good experience!! Thanks Herb👍

The other morning when I started my car I had noticed that there were a few lights turned on and I was worried. I called Patriot Subaru that day. when I mentioned what lights were on, the person who was helping me knew exactly what was going on. I asked when the quickest they could get me in was and they were able to fit me in that same day! When I arrived, Herb at the service desk was able to explain to me what their suspicions were perfectly and was awesome! Probably the best customer service I’ve received at a car dealership. they fixed my problem within an hour. I wouldn’t trust any where else to work on my car and their the first people I call when something is wrong!
