id rather deal with any dmv other then this one its a headace every time if its not one thing its another eaither they tell you one price if u call and when u show up its 40 more then what they said seems off to me.

Friendly, fast, experienced service. The place is busy with out of town people as well, because they know the Princeton dmv is faster than many others.

The staff is very nice and helpful. They have better attitudes than I've ever witnessed at any DMV.

The staff at the Facility were very helpful in obtaining a new title for an antique truck. Ashley was very competent in answering our questions and in filing the paper work. We have received the new title and appreciate the help in resolving the problem.

Horrible!! Went there several times just to get a license. Stacy (I believe is her name) kept saying something was always missing. My bf couldnt get his license because he wasnt on my insurance, the proof of address didnt say what floor we lived on when it was an actual house and small things to make him fail the driving test. My bf has been driving for years and finally he was getting his TVDL. We set an appointment in moline and the same day my bf passed his test. They were way nicer there. I dont recommend SOS in Princeton unless ur renewing your license or buying a sticker. There was also the (only) guy there and he was way nicer but when it was our turn to go with him usually that stacy chick would take over. Maybe it was because we're Mexicans and they didnt want to deal with us. We didnt need a translator we speak perfect English and im an American citizen. It's a shame people have to act this way.
