Being a Tuesday, not to mention the week before Christmas, they were extremely busy. They were very professional, sometimes cracking jokes (it helped that I always had a smile on my face), and got me in and out in under 2 hours. We just moved to the area, so this was a great experience for me. Keep it up!!!!

I would rather get teeth pulled then visit this facility.  The ladies are very rude and it takes them forever. Something tells me that they make really good money. I can't figure out why they act like life sucks. Go to Dixon!!!! Way nicer people and the wait times are a fraction of the time it takes in sterling.

I have never seen employees so unprofessional, lethargic or incompetent in any position! I walked out after an hour not because I was tired of the wait but I could no longer handle the lack of effort. I am convinced that if there were ever a fire these mental midgets couldn’t make the 10 steps out the door quick enough to survive!

Not a well run facility. Workers standing around gossiping about a rude customer while the waiting area was packed. Not very efficient at getting things done and getting people out of there. I waited an hour and a half before I left and went to Dixon. I was in and out in 11 minutes. The lady who helped me in Dixon said that they were working on hiring more people for Sterling, but from what I seen that isn't the issue. The issue was with the ones they already have. I always hear about how rude the ladies are that work there, only one was rude out of the 3 that I seen so I guess that's a plus. I guess what I'm saying is that if you wanna spend the WHOLE day waiting then go to Sterling, I will never go back. I will go to Dixon from now on.

I renewed my license at this office on June 1.  My wait was just over an hour, but the staff worked efficiently at a steady pace to address driver's licenses and license plate stickers.  The staff was pleasant and courteous.  More staff would have shortened the wait time.
