My husband bought a 2018 Corolla in December and I bought a 2018 4Runner yesterday and we are both extremely satisfied with Priority Toyota Chesapeake!!!! Our salesman, Carlos sold us both our vehicles and made our experience excellent going above and beyond spending time and having a ton of patience with us. The finance managers were top notch along with everyone working there. Every single person we came in contact with had a smile on their face and were helpful in whatever we needed. I would highly recommend anyone buying a vehicle there, and that’s the only place we plan on ever buying a vehicle from again in the future!!

I love priority Toyota for its excellent customer service. I’ve owned my van since 2008 and they have always been fair and caring with me. Kenyon’s team is the best! 
My only problem with priority is the very high cost of service. That’s the only reason that I gave them four stars instead of five. I have often found myself having to take my vehicle to a different service shop because I can’t afford to have it done at priority. I do wish that they would reduce their labor costs a little.

Extremely happy with my experience with Priority Toyota. Our salesman Steven Hoffius was fantastic explaining every single detail of our new car and answering all of my wife's and my questions. The service didn't stop there either with him still occasionally checking on us to see if we need anything for our Highlander. All of the staff are extremely friendly and the waiting area for service is top notch. My family likes to tag along now for service appointments on our vehicles to enjoy the kids play room, movie room, ping pong, and free manicures for my wife. I wouldn't go anywhere else when buying a new Toyota. This place is the best.

Great shopping experience. I'm very happy with my new Tacoma. Giussepe was very knowledgeable and accommodating. I went in about a month before buying my car to get information and told him that I wasn't looking to buy right away and he did not try to push me towards buying something right then. I had looked at a few other car dealerships before going to Priority Chesapeake and from the moment I got there they would try to push me towards buying something that I didn't want.  I felt very comfortable there from the moment I walked into Priority Chesapeake. If I could give it a 6 out of 5 stars, I would.
