I've purchased several cars before but this, by far, was the best, most professional and  courteous experience. Everyone was so accommodating and made sure I did not leave until i was satisfied with the car and numbers. I had coffee and hot chocolate while I waited and even amongst paper work, they fed me lunch. My salesman, Andre Irving, was straight forward with me and  basically held my hand from start to finish! His knowledge of the cars and what suits my needs was far beyond my expectations!  Big Shout out to Eddie P,  as well. After several missed text exchanges and calls, I finally met him in person and as he said from the beginning, he got me in a BRAND NEW car. If you're looking for a used or NEW car, I HIGHLY recommend these guys. They'll take good care of you!!!!

I always have a great experience at Hall Nissan Virginia Beach whether it's purchasing a vehicle or having a service performed on my vehicle. I just traded in my 2015 Rogue for a 2018 and had the pleasure of working with Robert. He was very knowledgeable and friendly during the whole process. He followed up this morning with a phone call to ensure that I am pleased with my purchase and I can honestly say that I am. I recommend this location to anyone looking for an overall wonderful experience, quality of product and service. Just got a Rogue Sport from Hall Nissan, and I couldn’t ask for better a deal, vehicle, and most importantly customer service. I had the pleasure of working with Doug “Dougie” Markel and Eddie P. They were AWESOME, Eddie P. made sure I didn’t go elsewhere (he kept in touch with me for sometime) and gave Hall Nissan the opportunity to get me a car I liked for my money. It was great doing business with them and I would definitely recommend Hall Nissan to anyone looking for a good deal, exceptional customer hospitality, and a good quality vehicle for your buck.

We just got home from a marvelous experience with Hall Nissan. They were very friendly from the initial phone call set up with Eddie, to the time spent looking at vehicles with Doug. The process went smoothly and they treated my family very well. They took our considerations seriously and I am so grateful to say, We walked out with a brand new Nissan Rogue! Paul had great conversation to end the sale, rather than making us feel pressured like they do at other dealerships. I am thankful to Doug, Eddie, Paul, and Juan (getting the detail done in a quick amount of time) for putting my family in the vehicle we wanted.

This is my second time buying a car from Hall and I'm so happy I came back.  They've been nothing but helpful and answered all my questions.  About as hassle free as it gets.  I'd personally like to thank Robert who helped me this time.  He's been the best and kept this purchase light hearted. Thank you again.
