Dirty crooks trying to charge me more for insurance every year. I haven't gotten a ticket or in any crashes and yet my rate increased this year through them don't waste time with this company it's obviously government funded

I have never worked with such dishonest people in my life. I was in a serious accident, sustained serious injuries to my shoulder and hip (I am a young, fit, 28yr old). These injuries affected my work, my daily life, everything! "Buddy" Thomas Sharpe and Joshua Fawkes are snakes (even referring to them as snakes is too good, because snakes are environmentally important. These two are just evil. I truly do not know how they sleep at night.) 

The initial settlement offer was a joke, I knew it would be. They said to go higher I needed a medical doctors opinion (no mind I had been going to physical therapy and the chiropractor!). So i got a medical doctors opinion, and they confirmed said injuries. And guess what? They offered me even less money! 

I finally got a lawyer who said my case was worth $45k easily. And progressive countered with $8k! My lawyer said it was a joke, and he has never seen anything like it. 

Moral of the story, avoid these men and this company at all costs. I don't care if they offer you a lower price, don't further the cycle of destructive dishonesty. I will live with my injuries for the rest of my life.

I hate this company. Underwriting is so ridiculous. They canceled my policy bc I couldn’t “prove” in a timely manner that my ex husband didn’t live with me anymore. My ex husband who moved out of the house BEFORE I even got the policy to begin with. I spent SO many hours on the phone trying to get everything straightened out, I feel like I’ve aged two years in 3 weeks. Mind you, this was also within a month of me being in a collision where I wasn’t at fault and they totaled my vehicle, so I had already had plenty of other reasons to be on the phone and filling out paperwork for them. I thought I was paying almost $200 per month to feel protected and taken care of, not scrutinized. I can’t recall a time a company made me this upset. Their customer service people are nice, thankfully, they don’t make idiotic policies and I didn’t blame them. But I wouldn’t recommend Progressive to my worst enemy.

Just wanted to say that progressive is the best car insurance I’ve ever had. They gave me awesome coverage for like.. WAY less than State Farm and have definitely treated me better. Also, love that the app notifies you 3 days in advance before they take a payment out. That’s dope, so thank you Progressive!

In my experience I have never been in an accident especially when it is somebody else's fault and had such a pleasant stress free experience. Progressive was on spot With catering to your every need. I needed a rental car for a couple of weeks  While they took care of the repair on my car. They honored that rental and it was awesome I felt safe toting around my four-year-old and it did well in the snow, had the back-up camera and really made me wanna get a brand new Toyota Corola! 

I ended up leaving town therefore the rental was with me an additional 4 days in which they did not plan for and did not charge me. When I picked up my car it looked fabulous so far so good on the paint job and the repairs. I walked out of there without paying a cent. The men at the front counter were easy to talk with and most importantly to work with. Also Gina the rep who handled my claim made everything such a breeze. I would switch to progressive insurance and probably will when I get the chance. This is why I gave them 5 stars!
