When you go to pick up your car's the person is never there you always picking up your car late whenever the person decides to come back to the desk and serve you they always serve they always give you messed up cars and never have the right car available

It is fine, but the should be more help for what appears to be a one person operation with an offensive body odor.

Paul Podjakovs is the reason for my consistent use of AVIS over several years. He is informative, helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable, and really goes "above and beyond." 

Although I was disappointed when AVIS moved from its convenient location near the train station, since I take the train from the airport, Mr. Podjakovs' helpfulness kept me with AVIS, rather than switching to another agency. 

I'm sure that other staff there are helpful, but Paul has always seemed to be on duty when I call or arrive. :)

They don't charge your credit card over the price of the rental.
