I brought my van there for simple wheel alignment and was quickly quoted $75 which was fare. In about an hour I get a call stating that I need more work done on alignment and it would be around $170. Well, what are you going to do? I just had struts replaced, so that seemed like a reasonable explanation. I gave them a go ahead and 2 hours later they called me saying that the car was ready. I drove the car home and noticed that steering wheel was still off center even though I specifically asked to fix that issue which was caused by misalignment in the first place. I called them the next day and they agreed to take a look at it again. After spending another hour "doing additional work" they returned the car to me saying it was done. When I got in the car and drove it, the steering wheel was still off center just like before. I don't know what's going on there, but I brought this car there because of good reviews, but it seems like most of these reviews are for simple oil changes... If you need real work done on your car, you better off paying a few extra $$$ at some other shop and get it done right.

4/3/2018 - finally just stopped at a Toyota dealer and paid $100 to get things done right. I never went back to this place because I have zero confidence  in their skills since they could not make it right the first two times. Dear owner of this shop - if you want to make this right, just refund my money.

The best car service spot in the Lakeville/ Farmington/ Apple valley area! Friendly and honest staff. They do a great job every time, plus you get a free car wash with each service, how cool is that?

This place is the best,I like that they don't sell you things you don't want done! Also the first place that ever checked all my filters in my car and came out and showed me them how bad they were and needed to be replaced!! My car has its full power back! I will be going back to them for my oil changes!!

I had been going here for at least 3 years for a quick service and for the most part it's been great, although recently I've noticed it really went down hill, they seem to have started hiring kids no older than 16 and these guys don't really seem all that professional, you can see them messing around the shop. Last visit I had motor oil all over my interior, thankfully it was leather and I made them clean it off, but I definitely feel uncomfortable bringing any more of my cars in here.

The owner of this business is professional, honest, very involved in various communities, is dedicated and a person with integrity. He runs a very good business and is dedicated to customer satisfied customer service!
