I have read majority of these reviews and I can agree that the customer service and professionalism of the staff here are great. Unfortunately, I am upset that my things have been destroyed by rodents at this property. No, I did not have any foods or things of the nature in my unit, I know the procedures. I am not sure what was going on in the units next to mine. I've never had this issue at any other storage before. I wish I had been warned before trusting to put our items here. It's shameful that I believed I was using a space to preserve my property, spending over a hundred dollars every month in hopes that I will have everything back when I was ready to move again, but now my daughter and I have to start all over. The insurance company only offers you $250 as that's supppsed to help replace anything. 😢😢😢 Although, climate control storage facilities may seem more pricey they are a better choice. Please check your items for droppings. I've experienced opening my storage unit and there was a big rodent running across my furniture. It scared me that bad that I couldn't even go in there alone after the insurance company requested pictures. Always research first, most companies are basically about making the 💰.

Recently visited our storage and was satisfied that after several hours of driving the manager who helped us was very nice, helpful and informative. I think his name was Nate or Nathan. Anywho, everything appeared clean and didn't smell bad. Plus, all my stuff looked just as it did when I left it. It's moments like this that make me appreciate Public Storage. Thank you for taking care of my belongings. You are doing a wonderful job!

Mr Nathan was very pleasant, customer Service superb, he walked me to see my unir, he was very understandable, he answered all my question. Walk me through the process so I can understand it.  I will recommand this property to my friend's and family.  He made me feel at home even though it's just my storage, I feel safe having my things here.  Thanks so much Nathan for asistir me.
