I have spent 20 minutes outside waiting for them to open the door while they help the people pull up in there uhaul trucks. This dont make no sense, they dont say nothing to you. We are customers as well and they have a line here. This is down right ridiculous. Never again!!!

Worst uhaul experience ever.. Worst customer service and the worst part was that they charged my card twice. Once for the rental then they also charged me for a missing dolly that I never had. Nobody told me or was going to inform me that they charged me for it. I will never use this uhaul again. Needs to be shut down and burned and used for better space.

The manager was rude and disrespectful toward my workers and me. I've been renting from U-haul weekly for two years and have never interacted with somebody so  incompetent as her.

Bad service. terrible service. more than 5 hours in the installation Hidden Hitch Trailer explorer  2015   and in the end they did not have the parts to connect the electric

Had to rent a 10ft. Truck to move pickup and move some items I purchased across town. They are conveniently located off the main street of Jonesboro Rd. The staff is awesome. I went in to reserve a truck the day before, and I was pleasantly pleased by how well kept this location was. The inside and outside was very clean, and they acknowledged the customers that were waiting in line to either pickup or return a truck. Good job UHAUL!
