I decided to rent a small storage area and was very pleased with the service provided by Elisabeth, who greeted me pleasantly on my first visit. I was shown around and came back the next day to actually sign up and that was when I met M. J. He was very professional and patiently explained all the requirements and necessary paperwork to me. The facility was clean and tidy and also climate controlled. 
I do enjoy good customer service :)

Compared to others in the area - this facility is very clean. The staff was very courteous. I spent a lot of time in my unit during the duration and the staff always did thorough routine checks. The property manager was very nice and respectful. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for space in the area... The downfall was how much the rate increased once I got in after a few months. For that reason - I left.

I went by this Public Storage to get some information for storage as I’m moving in a couple of months, and the property manager Elisabeth showed me around the facility and answered all of my questions. If you’re looking for storage this is the place to go; great customer service, clean property, and great location.

I have a space at another Public Storage location, but I was in the area and needed to make a payment for it. I stopped in and the young woman here was incredibly kind and treated me like I was her own customer. Public Storage truly has the best employees.

This facility does a nice job!  Zia, the property manager I worked with, was quite helpful and customer-focused.  If someone needs a storage unit, and this option fits budget and geography needs, I recommend it.
