There are multiple Public Storage locations in my area, but their prices are high and usually the office managers aren’t too pleasant. 

I decided to give Extra Space Storage a try since I found an awesome rate. A few minutes after I booked a unit, Angela, the office manager called me to ask a few questions. I was pleasantly surprised — what a great personalized touch! 

Angela is great! Very professional and made the process simple and clear. 

Facility is nicely maintained and easy to access.

I did my diligent research like with most things where I have to invest money.  There is a lot of competition out there and the winner was Extra Space Storage on Prospertity  Ave. in Fairfax and this is because of Angela!!! She went above and beyond to make sure I got all the info and best prices out there. She is a wonderful asset to this company and I strongly encourage anyone who has doubts or questions regarding storing your things to look for her!! Hands down the best storage experience ever!!! Congratulations Extra Space Storage on Angela!!!!

Angela was amazing. Very knowledgeable and patient. I didn’t know anything about storage and had a ton of questions and she answered every single one. Will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends .
