This is the second time I’m using this Public Storage. I feel confident about my furnishings being stored here as it’s secure and in a great location that’s open/viewable from its surroundings. It was nice to see a familiar face when I went there today, two years from the first time I rented a unit. Christian is still there providing excellent customer service. I highly recommend this particular Public Storage location! Oh! And it’s kept clean! That’s a biggie for me.

This Public Storage has wonderful customer services from start to finish and the units themselves are clean and well kept.  Getting your stuff in and out is a breeze with automatic doors and carts available for your convenience!  Keith made the check out fast and stress free! I will always come here for any storage needs in Fairfax.

Thank you, Public Storage on Waples Mill Road in Fairfax, VA!  Over the last two years, my mother rented a storage unit for furniture and keepsakes from my grandmother.  In the last three months, my mother and aunt would periodically sit on my grandmother’s couch in the rented storage unit and would determine what items went to family members and what items should be donated.  They have just completed that process.  Public Storage offered them a clean, easily accessible, affordable, and safe environment in which to do this work. Of course, it was bittersweet going through my grandmother’s things, but Public Storage was wonderful!  The professional staff was outstanding, helping them at first to determine the right size unit, keeping them up to date on when bills were due, but most importantly they were always friendly and helpful.  The staff greeted them with smiles and a kind word.  In particular, one staff member named Christian was fantastic!  They were not the only ones who appreciated Public Storage.  Sometimes other renters would pass by and they would share a quick word.  Everyone would agree they were lucky to find this particular storage unit.  We highly recommend this facility!!

I stopped in to make a payment for my space at that location around the corner, and Miss Jessica helped me out. She was on the phone, and I could tell the person on the other end was NOT very nice, but she kept calm while apologizing to me for a delay. Once off the phone, it was like the call never happened. Pleasant, professional and cheerful. Highly recommended.

I was looking for a convenient, reasonably priced, climate controlled facility and ended up here.  The prices were comparable to others in the area. Clean facility. Restrooms available even when the office is closed.  
Would and have recommend to friends and family.
