I really like this Public Storage location. Always friendly and there! Some locations disappear for hours which is not cool when you like to pay your bill in person like me. There is always someone here and even when they take lunch they come back when they say they will be back. Patient and very friendly with me everytime. Helped me in the store set up my online account.

Miguel was so professional and amazingly helpful. I am moving to Connecticut and Public Storage has everything I needed for the move. I really couldn’t ask for a better company.

I picked this location at random since I was in need of a storage quickly. I would have not picked any other location. I am very happy with how the process went with Miguel in getting a storage. Always thought this would be little complicated but Miguel explained the process very well and gave details on how this works. Place is very clean and location of it is very convenient.  Lucky to have a good employee there.

Came in to the store today to price match storage facilities,  I had been to a few other spots and hadn't checked Public Storage yet. I decided to stop here randomly because as I was passing by I saw someone sweeping out front and the location looked clean. when I went in I was greeted by LaCena (The same person that was outside sweeping) and she was extremely helpful she helped me search different prices for different units and even other locations that had different sizes I could use. Even though I found that Public Storage's prices are comparable to other storage facilities the customer service I received from LaCena today definitely made my choice a lot easier. Glad she was there.

I went into location to pay my bill and La'Cena helped me. She greeted me with a smile, she was happy and had a great attitude! She made me laugh and brightened my day. She's a keeper!!
