The place is very clean and safe. The staff is very nice, very friendly and very professional. Dan Tison was the person who helped me with my storage needs. Dan was very friendly and extremely professional. He took his time to show me around and explained everything in details. I was extremely pleased by his customer service. If I need a storage space again whether big or small, I will go to that location without hesitation.

Coming into the extra space storage, Dan Tison welcomed us and it was already a great experience. He gave us all the options and recommended the best option for the best price for us. Dan did bring us to the storage space and informed us pretty well on policy and documents. Dan is super friendly and made us feel comfortable coming into extra storage space. Dan also helped us with information about when we should cancel and get our rates back from traveling. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a storage to come in and talk to Dan!

Magda Brown was absolutely wonderful help to me this morning. She is very knowledgeable, professional and so fun to be around. This is a great storage place, very clean and safe and the staff is fantastic. So if you are looking for great storage place,look for Magda at Extra Space Storage in Alameda and you won’t be disappointed. Thank you Magda for making my life a little bit easier today 😇

The manager Oliver was so nice and helpful driving us around to all the units to show us our options! It was really helpful in giving us a visual of the different sizes and types. He also saved our unit for us til we could come see it! The location is also really easy to find.

Extra Space storage was able to provide me with everything I needed. Dan Tison was super helpful getting me all set up with my new storage unit. So glad I was able to find Extra Space Storage so close to my home!
