One month after moving in this facility changed from extra space storage to Smart Storage. The manager also changed and that's when I have seen their true colors. She is, (current manager), abusive and disrespectful. At first she will be nice but in all my years in retail and owning and operating financial services I have never experienced such poor customer service. If you would like to be subject to a self righteous hypothetical woman then be my guest. If you simply need a unit for limited use and do not intend to spend more than an hour every other week then this may be for you. I am unable too move out of there quickly enough. I relied on the google reviews and know now to always question those reviews. Take a look at the names of the persons giving a 5 star rating. If you are black or white you might be subject to racism.

Excellent customer service from Dee Dee!!! She met all of our business needs! She took the time to see what space would work best for our organization, was kind, gracious, and her follow-up was outstanding!! Thank you from the Super Stars Literacy Team!

I have never stored before and today when I walk in to this storage facility I got greeted by the store manager with a very welcoming smile. Reina was so friendly and extremely helpful by answering all my questions. The property was clean and looked like it had good up keep. Highly recommend!!

Good customer service.. I have been a customer at this location for a long time before it was called iStorage, ExtraSpace and now SmartStop.. I highly recommended coming to this place management is amazing glad to see that they kept Reina as the manager again throughout this transitioning. She is always on top of everything really nice knows how to keep it Professional when she has upset customers in the office I have been a witness to that. Especially when we get rent increases!!!! Over all I’m a happy customer :)
