The new property manager Mary was absolutely excellent. She was so friendly,good spirits  even made me feel at home. The service is incredible and sufficient. I would recommend this store and location to all my friends and anyone looking to rent a place to store their belongings. It was the best customer service i have ever experienced. She showed me some packing tips that i hadn't thought of. She is very knowledgeable about what she does for her job and passionate as well and takes it too the next level of customer service. Thank you so much for helping me and making everything so easy and such a wonderful experience.

Mary, the property manager, was extremely helpful and pleasant, and had me signed up and familiar with my new space in no time at all.  She knows the business well and answered all my questions easily.  Definitely a 5-star facility!

My husband and I came into the store to get some info about storage sizes and pricing. We needed something big enough to fit some furniture and tons of boxes. Alex was very helpful in answering our questions and giving us info we needed. Told her it’d be for about a year while my husband would be gone for deployment, while I stayed in state until we move again. With that she gave us options and pricing. So we will definitely be renting with Public Storage!

The best experience for move in, move out. Easy gate access open late. I have to add that Alex is really what made the whole experience 5 stars! If I could give 6 I would do so. Alex is very professional,courteous and overall excellent in providing customer service and satisfaction. Personally some of the best customer service ever experienced.
