Willie at public storage is extremely helpful , and kind. He made my experience easier and better than I expected. Willie was exceptional in his customer service. Despite the downpour, he graciously showed me the available units and helped me get everything set up for our rental. The units needed a bit of ceiling repair, but he identified a unit which was scheduled to have it replaced.
