Kristen is very knowledgeable. Explains in detail what she's going to do, why and what to expect in terms of after care and results. She takes the time to ensure she knows what you want done and discusses those expectations truthfully with you. She does great work. Wants to keep customers happy by offering great quality products and services without charging ridiculous amounts. You really need to plan your appointments ahead. She rarely has room for last minute appointments. Soooo worth the wait however. They are clear on after care and what to expect from everything they do for you. I will recommend over and over and have already made my follow up appointments to ensure I keep the great look Kristen has given me at it's best. She has lots of services I plan to try. Highly recommend. She's expanding with more employees but only takes the best so expect more appointments to come available over time.

Lashfabulous!

I have been going to Kristin for the last 4 months and I am hooked!!  My lashes look so natural that people don't even realize I have extensions!  The spa atmosphere is comforting and the aroma when you walk into the building immediately starts to relax you!!  I enjoyed my experience so much that now my niece comes from Michigan every 3 weeks to get hers done.  The experience is so relaxing; I almost always nod out.  Great work and very fast!

They are very professional.  I have had lashes done at another place prior to this.  When I came her it was a totally different experience in a wonderful way.  I realized the other place I had went was not very good.  At Lash Lounge I was given specific care instructions (which I needed), where at the other place they just put the lashes on and sent me on my way.  Kristen was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.  I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Kristen did a full set of lashes and a brow tint for me. She listened to what I was looking for and did a great job creating a natural look for me. I am so happy with the results!

A WONDERFUL experience!  I get compliments everywhere I go.  Top notch service in a friendly atmosphere...  So exceptional that I drive in from Michigan!
