I went into the store on 07/18/17 and first I must say the store was very clean as well as organized. I was greeted by a young lady named Lindsay who was more than helpful, we laughed and talked about me just moving to the area as well as her going above and beyond to make sure I received the best shopping experience! The sales were amazing and I ended up purchasing more than I intended but paying what I expected which was great, the other sales lady who provided the same amazing customer service was Ms. Kama! Upon leaving I had a brief but personable conversation with the manager Ms. Kyla, I just moved to Ohio from FL around Memorial Day and this Bath & Body Works has won my business and will be the one I shop at! Thank you all for being such a great team!

today is July 30, 2017, and their store has been closed for over a week so they can put up Christmas displays. Seriously?!  I've been wanting to get a couple of gifts and also a few things for myself so have been driving by every day to see if they're open yet, and they still aren't- they must not care that they're turning away business. Why can't they just redo one display at a time or do it at night like other businesses so their customers aren't so inconvenienced? Are they just slow in there or what? They just did the same thing a couple of months ago to get their summer displays up. Someone from BB&B needs to take a good look at how this store is being managed. I'm tired of waiting for them to open- will head elsewhere for my purchases.

And they have to close the whole store.to redo the displays why? I can't think of other retailers doing this and inconveniencing their customers (ESP with all the road closures in this area it makes it very frustrating to get somewhere to find it closed)

times out of 10 I make the trek here and they're closed.

Picked up refills 4 wall flowers and went 2 cashier 2 hear them laughing and busy in back room. Did not get any help 2 pay 4 them. Left them on counter and left store. Explained 2 girl on way out but nothing done. I don't have refill and u no longer have a customer.
