I went to the salon in the afternoon and my stylist was Felicia. I told her how my hair should of been done and she slopped it up. My 7 year old can do a better job than she did.  She made my hair uneven and above the shoulders in the back and didn’t even cut the front sides which was past the shoulders. Then she curled my hair for free to cover it up so I wouldn’t be able to see it.  I had to go pay another stylist at  a different location to get my hair fixed. 3 stylist at that location said it was a simple cut and couldn’t believe how bad of a job she did.  I didn’t receive a receipt from smartstyle and they won’t refund me my money and now I have to chalk it up as a loss.

WORST PLACE TO GET YOU HAIR CUT! The people there are so rude, not professional, ALWAYS tell you it’ll be a wait and then NEVER HELP YOU! I’ve been there 3 times and they always tell me the same thing about it being an hour long wait and when I show up again they claim they’ve been calling me. No missed calls! NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN
