I love this place. The staff has cut my children’s hair for five years now. Even more impressive is that the staff knows my family by name. Their haircut prices are reasonable and are really creative for young children.

Checked in online and still had to wait 25 minutes before I decided to leave. I understand online check in gives an approximate wating time but I was not expecting to wait 25 minutes and still not get my haircut done. In my opinion the online check in process could be improved. You should give priority for customers that have been waiting for longer. Too many customers arrived after me but were called before me and at least 3 customers left after being told their wait was going to be over 45 minutes for not having checked online. You could have some of the stylists taking care of online check in customers while some other stylists can take care of customers that walk in. I think that will improve the customers experience.

The Stylist was wonderful and friendly.. and she did a wonderful job on my hair. Probably the best haircut I've ever gotten.

The absolute lowest quality establishment to which I have ever been. Time and time again, I have given this place the benefit of the doubt against my better judgment, but this is the final straw. I have never had a stylist here who has had an ounce of common sense. Of course, I am not well-versed in the jargon of the hair "industry," however, I am keen to the complete contradictory of one's actions. I went in for a simple thinning, I told her this as well, that I had no specific measurements, typically you work with the customer, but apparently at this place there is no concept of quality and care towards the consumer. The stylist pulls out 3-1/2 clippers. At first, I trusted her judgment and assumed the she was using them to buzz of the ends she collected with the comb. I felt the clippers go to my scalp and knew that the damage was already irreparable. I could only pray to the Divine that the top would be salvaged. She asks what I would like to do and again I reply with please let's just thin it. She grasps a strand of hair between her fingers and slides her fingers *UP* the piece to a satisfactory length, not too much, might I specify since common sense is all but present here, and refers to this as "finger length" so I agree to "finger length." She completely razes my hair... and justifies herself by calling this the "industry standard" of "finger length"--an entirely different length than she had previously shown me. And the best part... this was not the first time that I have had my hair completely molested here! I was loath to write this, but the amount of time it will take to grow, essentially, all of my hair back and the embarrassment that I have already faced around others and their mocking compels me to leave this admonitory message. I will NEVER be coming back to this chain. A $10 personal stylist does an INFINITELY better job. I would be weary to even trust a five year old's haircut here. Even their image could be sullied here...
I hope that you realise that you are in the business of permanency. No phone call, no coupon--nothing can fix the poor services that you continually provide. Perhaps more qualified workers who talk to the customer, instead of rushing the job so that they can continue to chitchat about misordering supplies. What an excellent conversation to overhear... Truly professional. Here I thought that only weathermen were capable of consistently improperly doing their jobs and keeping them...
