I love the quality of the carwash and the club. I would have done five star but an incident where I was rear ended in the car wash. I was told Quality would stand behind the damage done and the manager  would contact me. Neither happened. I had to fill out forms with all my information on it. I assume the manager does not like confrontation.

The worst car wash I've ever had. Rail was bent and caused my car to bottom out on it (Stock Chevy Cruze), the car was left covered in soap, and getting to the wash through the parking lot is a maze with other cars.
