Room was not clean, furniture stained. Unbearable odor. Faucet leaked. Poor value.

Mediocre Motel with insufficient parking. It Is convenient to UC Berkeley, but overpriced for what it is.

The location within the city is great. But the rooms and the service are not good. The breakfast was in a tiny room with only 3 small tables. The rooms were tiny, there were no light bulbs in the bedside lamps and it wasn't clean.

Nice TV, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker! Great stay.

Very nice place to stay over. Warm hospitality from the front office staff and helpful . Stayed for 2 days as my son had joined UC BERKELEY. Definitely useful for parents visiting their kids.
