Don and his son are great to deal with. Honest, helpful, trustworthy and fair. Traveled from Missouri (1 hour 15 minutes) to check out a very nice used car. Well worth the time. Strongly suggest contacting Qually's for a excellent used vehicle if you are in need. Yes, we will be a return customer when in need again. Very strongly recommend this business. The people are wonderful. Discovered that they have 19 years in business, excellent customer service.

Purchased an '08 Mazda 3 from this shop. Friendly staff, took my trade in. I had neglected to get the title for my trade-in after paying it off, but they took care of all the work involved in requesting for it, hassle free on my end. Love the car, thanks guys!

The owner the owner is a very good person and he's very loyal and he is very trustworthy his Vehicles come with good warranty and he doesn't flim-flam anybody vehicles that he sells he puts his name on so he definitely is who he says he is and he will work with anything that goes wrong with the vehicle within the warranty I have gotten five cars from him and I've not had a problem yet no lemons

I recently purchased a 2006 Solara from Don at Qually's He is great to deal with! This is the first time I've every had a nice experience in buying a car from a used car lot!! He put no pressure on me (which is very rare)! He listened to me and worked with me on my concerns, carried them all out just as he said he would! He gave me a great deal for my trade in! A breath of fresh air! I have recommended him to my friends , and to anyone buying a used car! When I'm looking for my next used car, I will not hesitate to contact them!!

Overall the purchasing of the car was good.  On day of pick up they were quite irritated that we paid lower than their asking price.  1 week later we have an issue with the front brakes shimmy, I go in asking about a repair and the first thing I was told was that they do not cover that and we need to remember that we already paid 6-700 dollars off their asking price.  Time to walk out the door and never go back.
