When speaking with the front counter personal, it's like talking to a maniquin. I have been in twice this year, once for my annual blood work and physical and recently for a broken rib. Both times I was told that they will be calling me with my results within 48 hours. I have never heard back from them at all. The blood work was done in April! When I attempt to call, all I get in a voice mail for my Dr's MA which has NEVER been returned. 

I do NOT recommend this facility to anyone and I will be leaving it myself!

I had an appointment this morning, I had the pleasure of seeing Candy...What a wonderful visit. Candy is a great addition to this facility! Thank you for a great visit. She is very kind, caring and takes her time.

Dr. Baker and Dr. Cooper are offering chiropractic services there now and they are amazing!  They also offer therapeutic massage and Kim is awesome!  I highly recommend their services.

Worst service ever. Doctors there do not care for there patients or there life. Never go to this place they lie to your face and don't call u back. Then they say they can't perscribe meds on a Saturday. If you can't then why you on call? Place is a joke?

If I could leave zero stars I would.  Was in on 9/14/17 with a horrible headache.  Made it clear about my PKD and the fact that aneurisms go hand in hand with this disease.  Got labs and they sent out a referral for a neurologist which was not followed up with.  Went back 9/25/17 with horrible head pain and was diagnosed with a sinus infection and was told they would look into the referral.  On 9/25/17 I drove myself to the ER were they found my brain had a bleed and had been bleeding for the past 14 plus days.  I was rushed to St Joe's for an emergency craniotomy.  I will never go back to QC Primary Care nor will I ever recommend them.  They push you through like you are a number.  Since our original doctor left we have yet to see the same doctor twice.  Not impressed and I would warn others going to please look else where.
