They require a doctors note to get an STD check. Why does a doctor need to get involved in a simple STD Check? I’ve had plenty of these tests without needing a doctors note. This is the first company to request one. I was sent out the door without a note. What a poor choice. I’ll just go to Planned Parenthood or Analyte instead.

It was my first time in this location. I had no appointment and they got me in after 10 minutes. They did a blood work, I will call it art work! No bruising, no nothing, you can't even see the spot from the needle. I highly recommend this place!

Went to this place for a bunch of labs my doctor ordered for a physical and was very impressed. Waited about 6 minutes, which was the time the monitor told me. Anna was great - barely felt the needle go in. They were very professional, efficient, and transparent about the costs. Clean facility as well.

I had to do a drug test and I call them in the morning to make sure the time to come in and when I call they tell me the latest appointment was at 4 so I ask permission at my job to get in time and when I showed up they tell me the latest appointment was a 3:30. I lost 1 hr paid in my job plus now I have to ask again for tomorrow and of course they didn't know who answer the phone.
