Just to be fair I work at this store. I have been shopping at this store for years. Great organic produce, lots of gluten free choices, nice array of supplements, and great customer service. All the reviews from 2 plus years ago are true. The store was not in good hands. However, since the Lassen family took over the store again it is really a great place to shop. It's not that easy to find, but well worth looking for. Check it out if you haven't been in for a while.

Incredibly grateful for this store in Simi Valley. There is no other store here that puts customers health and happiness first like the staff at Lassens.

It's right next to Trader Joe's and both seem to do just fine. Should say something about the quality of service and pricing they've got. From what I understand, this is the only Lassen's store to not be owned by some member of the Lassen family (only just recently). Again, nice store.

Lassens in Simi Valley was a nice. This store was unfortunently sold to a alien from england not even from america. The new owner knows nothing about the store or the health food business. He is a joke of a owner, who FIRED his most experience employees and hire chep labor. This decision was unfair and unessary and now the customers have no one to go to with questions. No products on the shelves. The business looks like and probably is going under. Dont bother shopping you might one day might not be able to return any products. The other stores will not except your returns.
