My husband and I go to this Urgent Care if we are unable to.go to an appointment during the week. We always are treated with respect and any questions we ask are answered professionally. We are very happy with Regal and in particular our doctor and his nurse - Dr. Trompetto and Ofelia Avila.

I went to this facility and it took me over 2 hours to be seen. I saw person after person that came in AFTER ME get seen and leave. Finally I went up tot he desk and said, "You forgot about me didnt you?" I was then seen next. The doctor was unable to do anything for me. 
Eventually after I thought this horrible experience was over I come to find out I get a bill from them. After numerous phone calls to my insurance and their BILLING dept, they tell me they didn't have my insurance on file. They never processed a claim.
Ugh! I gave my insurance card to the receptionist! They never copied or even processed my info. What are they doing behind that desk? These Inept receptionist cause me such grief. I will NEVER be back there again. Save yourself the hassle go with someone who knows what they are doing.

My spouse had various flu-like symptoms. They Dr wrote off as nothing is wrong, no prescription, just said you can fight it off?! My spouse has yellow mucus, fever, chills & headache?  Waste of time & money. Had I known, I would just bought OTC medicine instead of coming here. Very disappointed.  Update: went to get a 2nd opinion, found out my spouse has a sinus infection. Definitely can't just fight that off alone. Glad I did my homework.

I love being able to go to an Urgent Care where my children already go to the doctor there (next door). We see the nurses we know and often times the same doctor we have on the other side. It's also very fast. Other Urgent Care's in the area take over 2 hours of wait time, the longest I had to wait at Regal was 30 minutes!

Two weeks ago I saw mid may 2008 Dr. Mahdavie who looked in my nose, mouth, etc, and I has a nasal INFECTION, I was placed on an antibiotic an told to call back if the infection come returns to get a another antibiotic.  Because this was urgent care, I spent 2-3 hours on the phone with both community medicals my office on Sycamore and Alamo and they wouldn’t call in another one , I now have the same exact symptoms after taking the original prescription 10 days later, and Dr. Mahdavie was out of town and my office didn’t even have an appointment the same day , I started calling 8:30am.  What s...ty health care.  I was told to make an appointment or go to urgent care, so I went to urgent care and DR Trompetto from the start the front office was very rude, I explained to the doctor the exact symptoms , swollen glands, ear, headache, he looked in my mouth and claimed it was a virus and told me it was also allergies and the other Doctor was wrong, sent me on my way, after arguing with him that I have a low immune system , etc he wouldn’t provide the proper treatment, I later went to another doctor the following day and was diagnosed with a sinus infection.  I would advise if DR Trompetto is on call at urgent care stay away from this young man.
