The prices and selection were comparable to what many other shoe stores in the area offer - what surprised me was the customer service! I went there a few days ago and the manager who was there can't remember his name but he had curly black hair and had a great demeanor was very helpful and I was able to walk out of the store feeling like I made good choices! I will shop here in the future.
I’m very disappointed in this stores level of customer service or rather lack there of. I purchased a pair of lined crocks for my father as a Christmas gift. They were the wrong size. I returned to the store with the unworn shoes, in the original shoe box, all the stickers and connecting plastic still on the shoes to exchange the pair for the correct size. There was a young kid behind the counter who looked incredibly unprofessional, wearing baggy clothing, with long dyed hair who identified himself as the manager who expressed the shoes could not be exchanged. His reasoning was due to a small smudge on the bottom of the shoe that could have been wiped away with my sleeve from where the shoe had been tried on. I asked the employee if I couldn’t simply wipe it away, and commented that I could literally wipe it away with my sleeve. Employee was not satisfied with this solution. This individual then stated I would have to look the number up online when I asked for a number to contact corporate. When I commented that the store manager didn’t have a contact number for his corporate office he looked behind the counter and read the number off to me. He proceeded to tell me the corporate office was closed due to it being New Year’s Eve. The corporate office was not closed and advised that I could send in a photo of the shoes to override the decision the store had made. When I called back to get the email address to send the photo to, someone else answered and stated there was nothing they could do, that it was up to the store to make the decision. I will never waste my time or money purchasing from this company again. And suggest never purchasing anything from them as a gift as if you get the wrong size the person will not be able to exchange the shoes for the correct size, leaving you out the money you paid.
I ordered a pair of shoes on line. I was to pick them up in store. Upon arrival at store I found an email stating my order had been cancelled. And no explanation was given. I find that part very rude and unprofessional. BUT.... the lady at the store was very helpful. She found the shoes at the other store in town! She was very nice.

One of my favorite shoe stores. Brand names, sport, casual, dressy--all at good prices. They often have great buy-one-get-one-50% off sales.
Thank you to the lady and young gentleman that you were training this evening for helping my son and I find the shoes we were looking for to exchange sizes. You both went above and beyond this evening and it was greatly appreciated. In a world so fast paced and stressful you both made this such an easy and relaxing process.
They do carry a good amount of shoes for More budget conscious shoppers. Ample models for men women and children. I generally find the staff to be Very helpful as well. Sales are a big Deal with the chain.
Did not have many modern up to date items, I didn't expect much; however, three of us were unable to find anything we even wanted to try on. The store did not seem well kept, and the employees didn't seem to want to be there.
Running late after work looking for shoes I found this store that was open. I was frantically trying on shoes trying to have as much courtesy as possible for the employees so that I made it out by 6pm. At 5:50pm upon being in the store for approximately 10 minutes - a younger male employee turned off the lights in the area I was in forcing me to finish my shopping and so I proceeded to the front to buy the best pair I had in hand. I made a remark to the young male that he could have waited told me it was nearing closing time etc. The young lady working the cash register made a remark in a very defensive tone that the times are posted on the door in which I responded by laughing and before leaving telling her it was very unprofessional. Lack of education in the retail industry and in general lack of respect is the issue here. You may have got my money this time but never again!
