I've had a wonderful experience here picking out an amazingly beautiful engagement ring. Teressa Maclaren provided me with more than exceptional service and was very patient with we as I was overwhelmed with proposal jitters. She really helped me hone in on the ring that made all the difference. I love this place!

Marcus is the best. He did a wonderful job taking care of my all my needs. Wish they were able to take care of my crediy needs instead of new company. Eventhough had problems with them the store made me comfortable and found a way to make my purchase!!!

They were very helpful... Vonchez was the most helpful salesman I’ve came across in a long time... everyone in the store is very generous i highly recommend visiting them

Hi where do I begin, my husband brought me a tennis bracelet and Bango earrings both of them are lovely but I didn't really like them so I came into the Towson store and there was Patsy all smiles and ready to assist me nevermind you I got here about 1 I am now just leaving the store and it is now after 3 she was so patient she practically went over the whole store with me with this exchange I walked out of there happier because of her patients I walked out of there with instead of two pieces but five pieces a beautiful necklace two bracelets and a pair of earrings oh and I can't forget my Pandora bracelet charms I could go on with this review but I think you get the picture Patsy was the best I would definitely come back to Jared and from this point on I am going to be asking for Patsy that's not to say all of them weren't helpful and I can't forget Marcus Marcus is awesome so for anyone that's out there looking for a special piece for your loved one come to Jared's in Towson and ask for Patsy again, Thanks Patsy you made this exchange the best one yet😊
