I had 4 struts replaced on my Ford Focus recently here, a total of 1100$. On my way to work the next day, my driver  side real wheel began to rattle severely. The only shop nearby my work was a ford dealer. The ford dealer explained to me that the strut was installed using the wrong hardware and in such a way that they had to use a torch to remove it because it was bent. Also, the front struts were loose and some of the nuts used secure the struts were missing. Now, I am out $600 more dollars and could have been killed or killed someone else. I will always go to a dealer from now on. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Had no issues. Asked for a oil change and they gave me an oil change. They were fast and friendly.

Brandon had the shop become a Michelin tires dealer just to put 1 on my car...how cool is that!

Price gougers.  Tried to charge me over $1,400 for 4 low end tires, front pads and front rotors.  I did my own pads and rotors for less than $200, and went to another shop and got better tires AND an alignment done to my car for right around $400.  New owner doesn't act like he wants to work there and is rude and crass to every customer (I was listening to how he treated everyone else while my car was being inspected).  Finally, they act like you don't know anything about cars and will try and take advantage of you--even if you do.  There are too many good shops in Columbus to waste your time and money here.

 Been taking my car and my mother's car here for many years. The owner of this franchise, Scott is knowledgeable and honest. He has never tried to upswell or pressure me into unnecessary repairs. He will tell you if a repair can wait or if it's urgent. My only negative here is that the customer waiting area could be a lot cleaner.
