I love this place these people really care about their customers I know they got a bad rap about the hood stores but let me tell you something or been there and take your time look around you'll find some real eloquent stuff for young ladies I'm a married man I went in there the other day I bought a sweater for my granddaughter I bought a wife a gift card for Christmas and that one over good to Fallas that's a nice place I really like it

It's my new favorite shop....lot of varieties and good price range though it does not have fitting room that kind of suck.

I would put 4 stars if they would provide a mirror to their customers. They do not have a fitting room, which may cut down on people returning merchandise. I would give it a 5 if they stocked the same items in one department  (small), in other departments throughout the store. I shop at distant shops to find my request.

Staff and manager "Joan" are very rude and unprofessional. First I asked one of the employees a question and she kept walking like she didn't hear me then when I got her attention she rudely answered the question and when I said something about it she told me I can get out. The manager "Joan" was of no help and offered no apology. Shop elsewhere!
