Very casual ambience and vibe. Fast fashion but online items are readily available at this location. Fast and efficient dressing room and cash wrap experience. There SA greeting customers.

I haven't I haven't been to many H&Ms but even so I can guarantee this one is worth visiting. Staff are always helpful and even if you don't get asked if you need help it's easy enough to find stuff that it won't matter. There's a relatively good selection of clothing and accessories at good prices as one would expect from this chain.

It has quality clothes at a reasonable price. I got really comfortable heels at a good price.

I think this location is much better than it used to be.  I used to hate myself for shopping here.  

Right now they got the Wmata escalators because they are functioning as stairs.  That's whack.  

I just wanted a cardigan on the quick.  

Customer services wasn't bad at all though.
