Oink is a fun, busy place themed around one of America's favorite foods: Bacon.  Sadly, their bacon is mediocre, but the lively atmosphere, perky staff, other delicious entrees more than make up for it.  It is rare that I eat someplace and leave with such an overwhelmingly good impression, and it is even rarer that it happens when the original purpose of my visit--bacon in this case--turns out to be a disappointment.  Though I recommend tempering your expectations of their bacon, you should definitely give the place a visit the next time you want a satisfying breakfast.  I highly recommend anything with the pork confit.

First of all the staff was great, no wait time around 8 am. The coffee was not great but was definitely better than most places. I really had a very delicious Oink coffee French toast with berry sauce, which was really what made the whole plate come together. The Belgian waffle was really light and it had a hint of cinnamon which made the waffle just perfect. Now for the bacon, well I truly love the bacon, it was so flavorful and crispy with the exception of the pepper bacon, which was just not for me. All in all I would definitely recommend this place for breakfast!

Helpful friendly servers, great menu, I got the California mac &cheese. YUM. And my my bacon (they have 5 different choices) was just right!
Street side is the back, come in on the target side.

Always a great experience.  Everything I have tried has been wonderful.  New favorite is the pork breakfast chimi.  Oh yeah, best hash browns I've ever had.

Found this jewel while in PV thanks to Google Maps!  Excellent breakfast. Food was fresh, delicious, quality ingredients, and great presentation. What a refreshing change from The Daily Dose - yuck.  The person who seated us was a smart-ass tool, but we were there to eat, not rate personalities. We will definitely be back again and again.
