I've eaten sushi in the best restaurants throughout the west coast as well as the southwest. I've spent 4-5 times more on an average sushi dinner. Let me promise you this. There isn't a better sushi restaurant in all of Arizona. Yasu is a great guy and his attention to quality and service is absolutely impeccable. I can't rave enough about his skills as a chef. If I could give Yasu a 10 star I would!

This was absolutely amazing. First, the service is great but it is from a limited staff. That being said, the servers are very well knowledge with the venue and what pairs with what. The food is beyond any Japanese style restaurant I have been to. It is honestly one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. It is a must try!

Yasu Sushi Bistro is hands down the best sushi place we have ever been too! Have tried places all over Los Angeles and Arizona. The owner Yasu who is also the sushi chef serves the best and freshest fish. All the other hot and cold items were so delicious, you can't go wrong with any of the items on their menu. Yasu cooks with love and passion and you can see and taste that in the food. The staff and service was on point and very nice and welcoming. I will be going back everytime I am in town!

Good service. Loved the noodle stuff and the beef side dish. 7y daughter ate the sushi and liked it.
