I have been to El Vaquero in other places. Our first time in Gahanna. Food looked good and tasted good until we found PUBIC hair on one of the item. I'm 99% sure that it was PUBIC hair. When we showed it to server, he immediately wrapped that hair with tissue and took the Fajitas inside and told us he would make a fresh one. When he came back, I asked him what it was. He replied me "I NO SEE". When I said same thing with the manager, she shook it off saying that was regular hair and happens in all restaurants and said she would take the item out off the check. Biggest mistake, we didn't take the picture before server took the hair away. We couldn't eat after that and left. 

Initially, we were doubtful but the reaction of the server made sure it was what we thought it was.

"We no come back".

Excellent food and value.  We get the small pitcher of margaritas and have a good time.  Service is always good, food even better

Being mexican myself i love to be able to find a mexican restaurant that has great food and a decent price. Well my service was not great my food was cold. Ill never go back especially when i couldnt even talk to the manager

I haven't had a bad meal here. El Vaquero has comfortable rustic decor and music. The chairs are spacious and the dining room has plenty of space to move around. People won't be overhearing your conversations! Food is basic and pretty much what you'd expect. Decent place for dinner.
