Actually loved every minute there. The staff is amazing from beg to end. Extremely polite and naturally comforting. So unexpected due to supposed ratings and being the only ones from a family wedding to stay here while everyone else was at other more expensive one. Cheap as well. Why we stayed anyways. But much better than made out to be. Next day confrences in one of the meeting rooms invited my family in because were giving gifts out to children and wanted ours to also be apart.

It was disgusting, dirty, gross! I do not recommend going. The place where you eat was a mess with spills and and half empty beer bottles. The halls were filled with trash. There were bugs in our room and the sink smelled like old food. There were rips in the bed and on the lamp shade. I do not recommend going here. This was the worst hotel experience I ever had.

First the people who work there are very nice, helpful. The prices were lower than the other hotels in the area. When I arrived the beds were dishevelled and there was no remote to the television. This was corrected the next day, the bed was comfortable & clean. Initially, I felt the room wasn't clean but decided it was.more that things were worn giving it that appearance. See photo example. The key card to the room was unpredictable, working less than half the time. The front desk was happy to fix this over and over. The faucets in the bathtub both turned a different direction. Not terribly safe. I will probably opt to pay a little more next time but I probably got ot what I paid for.

The service sucked me and my wife and my child registered there a few weeks ago and they gave us a single bed and when I ask for more towels and another pillow they gave me an attitude I lost my debit card there and they still have not got back to me if they have found it or not I cancel my card course it smelled like there was mold everywhere's and possibly like they had homeless referee after living there for the welfare so I would not recommend this for anyone I gave it to stars because of the breakfast and only because

THEE worse place I've been at.... The bathroom was FILTHY.... a yellow grim n hair n dirt was in the tub was also mold.. the towels n wash clothes was filthy but folded.. the beds was uncomfortable the bottom sheet had an old coffee stain on the sham part, the pillows was like crumbled up paper..also killed 2 bugs there. I called the front desk twice and the young lady was notified of the above issues and said she will be down to the room.. she NEVER came so I clld again an no answer.. so in the morning I checked out early after a sleepless night and had to wait 20 minutes at the front desk for someone to come mean while ringing the bell for help n nothing for 20 minutes. Oh the breakfast was barley Continental Cheerios n bagels with coffee n juice. If there was a way I could rate ZERO stars I would so I had no choice but to click one store.
